Subcontracted Inspection Agreements

Inspection bodies that have signed a subcontract inspection agreement with us now carry out an increasing number of our overseas inspections. If you want to discuss the options of undertaking inspections for SA Certification please contact us on the details below...
  • List of inspection bodies - with signed sub-contracted inspection contracts
  • Sub-contracted inspection process – this is an overview of the entire sub-contracted inspection process, detailing everything from the documents we need to set up a contract through to how we work together when inspections are required.
  • International processor inspection report – this is the template report for use in the majority of inspections carried out on our behalf. If you have any specific questions or queries about it or its use, please let us know. The guidelines set out in each section that detail the kind of information required should be followed as closely as possible.
  • Example of international processor inspection report – if you want to go into detail about the kind of information we wish to see in our inspection reports this is the place to start.
  • International producer inspection report – our producer inspection reports are split into several different types, dependent on the operator and their activities. If you wish to see copies please contact us for further details and we can ensure you get a copy that is most relevant to you.
  • Guidance notes for inspectors – to make the process of carrying out inspections for SA Certification easier, we have reviewed and clarified the guidance notes for inspectors, detailing how to tackle specific issues and how we process this information when it is sent to our certification team.
