Forestry

The number of forest certification schemes and associated standards has increased dramatically over recent years. Unfortunately, some of these standards do not provide the environmental and social guarantees that the public expects.

First launched in 1994, the Soil Association's Woodmark programme only certifies to standards which meet our requirements for quality and integrity. Internationally, Woodmark recognise and certify to Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) approved standards.

Woodmark provide detailed information about certification for every kind of forest and timber certification, including downloadable forms.
