Soil Association Conference - another successful year

15 February 2010

A very supportive representation from trade and retail helped broaden discussions at this year’s conference in Birmingham on 3 and 4 February.

Over 100 industry experts attended an Organic Elitism workshop. A lively Q & A session, covered the positioning of organic, perception of pricing, as well as Soil Association marketing and education plans.

An informative workshop on the success of organic Baby Food and 'knowing your consumer' also gave trade delegates some ideas on focusing on the 'new mum' market.

Check our conference page over the next few days for summaries of discussions and podcasts as they come in.
